Thank you for the in depth response. Very much appreciate it.

I guess I was wondering if Elite themselves had said "we plan to get filings in by this date', or if there was a general deadline people were waiting on. Others I have jumped in usually have some catalysts like the company saying, "Investor CC next Tuesday" so everyone anticipates that coming and buys beforehand. Or they know they are doing everything they can to get current.

But, I completely agree about the waiting part. Been in many other stocks where a couple days hesitation resulted in me losing out on 50-100% gains. And no question this is incredibly underpriced; been checking out this board for less than a month and IMO the writing is basically on the wall, black and white.

If it really is as "could happen at any moment' as you think, may stake a decent position EOD tomorrow in case they release something over the weekend, then feel it out come Tuesday.
