"The law" is an ideological instrument of power designed to promote the illusion of justice, when in fact - as Fannie/Freddie shows - the government is ruthlessly robbing its citizens.
This is wrong. SCOTUS in their orals is quoted as asking how far they need to go or should go when questioning the Collins lawyers. They left the door open for SCOTUS, not refuting at all that way more could be done to rectify this situation. Collins admitted they only had the two issues filed but SCOTUS surely recognizes that this is a much deeper constitutional issue, so they dug deeper, which you would expect, since their job is to uphold the constitution.
