FALSE! I am not a Trump "Supporter" BUT need to give credit where Credit is Due.. There were Hardly any "Special RED Meat Projects' during Trump Tenure... Whatever spent was properly appropriated thru Budgetary process. It was so sickening that the DEMS held up the "Stimulus" in October 20 Purely to play Political games and blame it on Repubs at the Polls...
