Yes, they are listed shareholders in the 13D, but neither they, nor anyone else has been nominated for the BOD.

What did they do that was against the best interest of the company?

Did they sign the Fife deal?
Did they fail the CD10 and CD12 trials?
Did they foul up the HIV BLA?
Did they dump their shares while proclaiming the stock to be worth $100+?
Did they promise a purchase order from Philippines and not deliver?
Did they piss off the FDA to the point that they were forced to issue a slap down statement?
Did they put cancer trials on back burner to chase Covid?

Please help me understand your post. Thanks in advance.

BTW: each is the bullet points above fall on the Messiah’s plate, Nader Poophasen, twice convicted felon who managed to go bankrupt not once, but twice.

Isn't it accurate to also add that he leads the shareholders that file for "unjust enrichment"--and get unlawful shares returned to ALL OF US (shareholders)

I can try and understand that happening once/somehow. But to happen TWICE that NP has to return illegal shares (this time S Kelly also) that is fraud. Not right on any level.

For me I appreciate ANY shareholder that steps up to protect US from fraud. That is time and money spent to protect an investment (yours TOO).
I am thankful that someone that has the resources stepped up. Do you not find that sad that it has to be done TWICE?? To stop NP and his BOD from fraud.
