The basic problem here is that even though SPOI has a lawyer in the high rent district, there have been so many "amended" filings and opinions, it is obvious that Tom is floundering here and trying to tell the regulators what they want to hear. Hey, lets amend again and see if they like that ... How many times can you cry "WOLF" before no one cares to hear it?
How about just being honest for a change? There really is potential here, just not the way you are making it look!
