The CEO already admitted those shares were used to fund the Tech Acquisition. Longs here understand this, and I’ve been tracking the dilution since the O/S increased last month. CEO also confirmed no A/S increase will happen and No R/S is currently planned. There should be no need for either since he will have the Tech Acquisition revenues flowing in once the deal closes.

I been noticing that myself, some Ask prices have to be pounded sometimes like when CFGN and OTCX have shares up, the same price stays there, I think it will be an AS increase when the NDA is finalized, as the umbrella will have more entities under it, as far as taking the shareholders down with that never to use word in my household, I say no way, he just increased the OS,I really don't think he will consider it until we are at a penny or above for 30 Days to apply for the OTCQB.GO WNBD.GL then again we all could have a stroke of Good Fortune, and none of it will happen, and once we are at a penny, for 30 days ,Eric will let it stay Pink
