I didn't know anything about it. Last I heard was Marco was waiting for the judge. I will give him a call and see what's up, but that is the official mailbox netco @ onebox . com .

I think what he's doing is getting ready to ask for NASD's intervention as far as Madison Transfer's refusal to give up the records, but I'm surprised he didn't tell me first.
