This is about the State License, this has absolutely nothing to do with what City or County the Ranch is in.
The SLO County Permit was approved on 12/4/2020.
The Ranch is in unincorporated SLO County, which means the City of Paso Robles has nothing to do with this.
You're confusing State issues with Local issues..
All Local County Permits have already been approved.
You're blaming it on a local level issue, and that's not what's holding this up.
