I have contacted Tom Nelson multiple times. I’ve sent three emails and one voicemail. Like others here, I have not heard any response. For someone holding almost 1m shares of this stock, it’s pretty disappointing.

Yes they did. I asked the question during the call and they responded with:
"I believe this is in the filings - please reach out to [e-mail] and we will ensure the public disclourse of this" which is the CEOs email.

Here's his response to the email I sent him Re: convertible notes:
