This could be the concerns of the Judge. Looking out for us little guys.

Yea, I would love to explain to him the great job he is doing helping us out...

If past custodians have aquired shells while being shareholders, shouldn't that be the precedent? Otherwise this judge is telling judges from the previous rulings they were wrong.

Either way I think I will hold tight for now.
