Are you kidding me? Foundations are the ultimate scam. I've been an employee for one. Just see how much he will be paid out of this foundation. Many of the executive sales people get 10% or more of all donations. There is good to be done with foundations but you have to also follow the money. This stock is going to tank and the foundation is the perfect excuse to bail before it does to keep the sec off your back.
