I contacted an old SEC atty of mine, retired but has diplomatic contacts. I asked him to try and get info from our embassy. I actually forgot about it but will call him again as he has not called me.

I checked out the email, the site requires you to fill out the contact info first. Cos are doing this now as another layer of IT protection.
