Did they give any indication when they anticipate releasing their filings to become current, and disclosure of the merger?
Looking for a good entry point, but the wide spreads make me a bit nervous waiting longer. Would have bought already but it seems like people are unclear when those will finally be released and if I can avoid the -10% days like today I'd like to.
