So they don't have funding currently for FDA process let alone the massive undertaking of going lone wolf and taking ENOS to market. It's just not feasible as they would have to go nuclear on dilution to even have a chance of making that happen. Just saying.
TMDI is too valuable to MDT and MDT needs them more than TMDI needs MDT. As noted before there are other MDT's. This is simply a fact when you consider their IP portfolio and ENOS.
