Perhaps Titan had to wait for Medtronic to announce Hugo placements to occur outside the US before they can announce they reached the mysterious third milestone which is related possibly to HUGO. Who knows.
I would have preferred to have said a milestone needed to be reached in May and then announced early in April rather than wait to the end of the month to announce. Seems anticlimactic. Par for the course.
