Not looking good as in it seems hopes of this thing moving is in the hands of shlegal. Who has not been painted in a great light by someone who had conversations with him. It takes money to move a business. Doesn't sound like there's a lot of it. Doing all the filings last minute. If you have been in since at least February and up 3x your money do you want to ride it out in hopes he can get current in a month. Maybe he's able to find funds or not. No doesn't sound great.
