Ok, thanks Dallas. To my understanding a lawyer having to do filings is usually around 25 grand. Hopefully he's out of the picture now.

What do you mean by bought out? Are you sure you're not thinking of Fytton?

Schlegel was brought on once the Ice Lounge Media merger was announced but he's definitely not the one driving things. I saw him more as a placeholder getting things in line until everything was completed. He is a partial owner of Ice Lounge, but a very small percentage compared to the Wongs and Chen I believe.
