So, when one company, and another comp, are to be in joint venture, being one Amer. and one international joint venturers, do a reverse merger;...... and that is plainly the intent, of the pink uplisting by the Amer company,( foreign Company backing into the Amer. comp,) do you know how that scenerio could fare?
