What is your definition of "open" - is it synonymous with operational. If so, my opinion still stands.

I don't disagree with you on a potential bump north in price should approval be granted. Similarly, should approval be denied I think we will see a decline in price. I am a gambler so I like the 50/50 odds and betting on approval.

I believe debating the " opening " is picking nits. They will open with approval. Why wouldn't they?
