What's your definition of open? And do you see it being "open" in July as the other poster stated?

Disagree, based on the by end of the year update by SNPW. You really think they are waiting to push the start button as soon as approval - trucks are lined up out front for 24/7 processing, all the personnel are on board for a go live, training is complete, all procedures in place etc etc etc. Plain and simple, highly unlikely.
