Ok this is what must be going on here:

During the quarter ending March 31, 2021, Zevotek relinquished all interest in Blankki Products, Inc., and will
finalize the settlement before June 30, 2021.

The Blankki people are selling whatever shares they received in the settlement or the company is selling shares to pay Blankki for the settlement.

With that is mind, the could have 5 to 10 million shares to unload.
