Cold Dark Hole. I think Keystone XL project cannot be compared to Elk Creek. The environmental opposition for Keystone was always significant and widespread amongst constituents. Elk Creek has no such societal opposition, it applies ESG principles. Happy it has all federal permits in hand, local government support and no such significant environmental opposition.
