Being short is no longer the sure thing it once was. The regulators are finally instituting rules changes that is helping to level the playing field. Investors. Are now helping small companies wage war against those whose goal is to steal their money and bankrupt the companies. Nice to see more of this with some turning the.tables on the hedges causing them to file. Hopefully the CL will outline our history as well as the business plan. Dividends declared in the past need to be paid before new ones are declared imho. Go GNCP!!!
