My understanding is it is certain CE stock. NOT all CE stock but alot of the Caveat Emptor stock. But my ELCR is still trading and it is a CE stock. They had a List of ones they were excluding us from trading... If you have a Schwab account it is somewhere there.. or you can call Schwab and ask where the List is stored on their website.

Orphan, TD is same as Schwab they have a List of certain oTC stock and you can get that list from TD
