Maybe that will happen and these guys will have to pay... but how does that result in you getting paid?
That was my point... if you want to stay in to make them pay out of vengeance... that is great. But there is no long-term play here that results in this stock seeing a real multi-x gain.
Certainly, you should be strategic in how you dump... but simply said, this dog won't hunt.
