Hey Nefyn, the link I posted, to me, reads that it's Sells only. Can't get "call ins" from any way I read this. (But it doesn't say No Callins specifically.)

As of May 25, 2021, TD Ameritrade will restrict orders in Caveat Emptor designated OTC securities to liquidating trades only.

Also, I haven't researched all other platforms, but evidently, some or one are allowing Buys.
I do note that on mine, it only shows 3 MM's on the Buy side, but 6 on the Sell side.
Regardless, I fully expect Picaso to make a last minute appearance. lol
