Im sure you can still hold and sell them at Ameritrade as I have my 22 million UATG shares with them.

If you’re referring to the list Psycho linked - two ways of looking at this. Lots of penny stocks on there, so people discouraged to invest in penny. But secondly and more likely, UATG isn’t on that list, so that’s just more money that will be flowing into legit penny stocks now - and UATG is in perfect position right now.
