Much respect to you, I think you’re a great trader. I’m in heavy here. Sold enough on the recent runs and bought back lower both times . I’m very happy with my position. With that being said, my only concern is what I don’t know about current management. Wish they had a little more experience. Seems to me they’re approaching things with an abundance of caution. I think the GS lawsuit is the reason. GS hasn’t missed an opportunity to diminish or derail everything $CUBV is doing. For this reason, I believe CUBV won’t be announcing anything until things are signed and official. Great SS, great shell, lots of catalysts!!! Management?? I agree, June will be a good month for CUBV.

CUBV im calling .004 to hit at least .04 cents maybe in June...all depends on when and if the merge happens. This is an empty shell ticker that new mgt said that once they got it Pink Current then the merge would happen; well it just went Pink Current on OTC the other day.

The AS is high at 10 billion, but the OS aint too bad.......though the actual trade-able OS is only a mere 1.2 billion.....so the perfect amount where many hundreds and thousands can join in and trade all kinds of gains......small enough though that it could go to a dime or more if merge is big enough:

But why stick my neck out for CUBV especially in slower summer months and a strange bear penny market at times? Because you gotta see this Q report! Very rare....:

...check out Pages 6 and 7 of their last Q report. Thats right, CUBV is an extremely rare shell as it has NO dilution proven in last 2 years, and thats because as you can also see: there are ZERO convertibles...promissory notes.....not even any kind of debt arrangements. Look at the Q report for any and every other penny stock....Naz stock...or Dow stock.......and you 99% most likley will not see this...not see that ‘X’ checked in the box we all wonderfully lol see below:

...finally.....i really like this simple clear bullish post IHub poster ‘ConcreteCowboy’ just did this morning.....this sums it up for me, and i like you will await new info and updates from company, hopefully sooner then later.....as w this 1.2 bil tradeable OS and rare NO dilution, debt, convertibles, notes etc.....: anything and everything good and great could happen w merge or new business into this CUBV shell!:

List of near term catalysts- Most dont know and understand why the CEO of CUBV worked so hard to get current and remained quiet unlike most other OTC CEOs that leak to much info

IMO, they have had big announcements ready but refused to let them out until current

name change
symbol change
no RS official statement under new business
share reduction
no debt under new business
new directors
new website
plenty of prs
