They has not been DELINQUENT! They go by the book filed NT-10-Q but technically due to the Covid-19 the SEC give extension new deadline Oct-15.

The company is self-regulatory organization and is not itself regulated by the FINRA or the SEC. In the eye of the SEC company register or non-register that is no other way around that.
