But they have cell in box that got ODD from FDA and EMA...cell in box also had 2 previous successful clinical trials...and Hidalgo sez "I am excited about this new approach that has the potential to change the way solid tumors are treated far beyond tumors in the pancreas.” Hidalgo is now associated with BM and he is still on pmcb advisory...if he feels this good about cell in box then?

PMCB is a typical penny stock long term

With all the usual ruffles. SHs dreaming of a successful Pharma pouring $Bs into a Microcrap scam such as PMCB. Or that it's going to up list, with the Tutes buying billions of worthless shares. A common theme for all Microcrap stocks.

What is likely to happen is Kenny will perform the R/S 1:400, but will take his time first. Line up another discount block dilution sale. At an extremely generous discount. Wait 6 months, then perform the R/S. Pump a couple recycled PR pumps about "tests". Or better yet, Kenny pumps the Nasdaq scam angle. Many months of PR pumps with nothing happening. An alternative to the block sale is a straight toxic debt note. Something Kenny hasn't tried yet. Much simpler to pull off.
