because the company is insolvent and the os is 4 bill, and they know once the company gets current, they will have to r/s. it is what it is. the handwriting has been on the wall the entire time. this is no surprise. they will complete their audit and get current. even if the insiders have to loan the company money and pay themselves back with undiluted equity. it will happen. it's the only way they get a clean slate to start paying down that debt.
