Washington and New York have legalized recreational MJ, so of course they would have a stance against anyone trying to upend recreational weed market. Delta 8 market right now will be mostly in states that are still behind MJ laws sweeping across US, it lets the US population decide if they want to imbibe on drugs if they choose 2. Huge market in these places. BTW, with the additional 2 states you mentioned, what does that leave like 35+? :-D.
