For example research says td ameritrade has free level 2. Turns out the level 2 is not for otc. The only way to know for sure is to open an account or get some first hand experience from someone on this board.

i have td, and free l2 for otc, its on the think or swim platform, using it right now, its pretty free for me. open it up and see for yourself.

I second TOS thru' TDA has free level II for OTC

& big bd.s too! No restrictions.
