I think PM wins either way by buying up so many shares they get their money back if they lose and if they win they only have a few million invested in HCMC shares which will be worth more over time anyway. The only losers here are dreamers that sold already and anyone thinking this will hit a dollar in the next 5 years. $0.16 is the best I can see maybe by end of year or next spring. Money will be made but not fortunes as the dreamers expect!

Actually the best case scenario for shareholders is for any positive news to wait until June 4th to come out.
