I honestly think something is coming, not

based on hearsay.... but based on otc markets

and the constant share structure updates from

the agent.... we have had about 4 updates in

the past week... with no changes in share

structure.... I am reminded of my past experience

with lazar custodianships. I remember just before

filings came out, the share structure would be

updated constantly.... as if someone or some

entity was double checking/triple checking there

was no changes right before the release of filings

I hope that is the case here

Ps:: because in the filings they have to state the

outstanding share count by a certain date
