They may need an Attorney letter. I looked at the dating on the quarterly and i believe there was an incorrect date on the filing. That may be it as well.
I would not be surprised if they start filing 10Q's and 10K's and and get the company fully reporting again.
Considering the size of the company I fully expect they will take this vehicle to the NASDAQ exchange in the shortest duration of time possible.
IMO investors who own this now are sitting on a gold mine.
