Needless fear mongering. Here is why you should not be worried.

By my count, NPHC has 6 more filings to go until current with over 5 months until the updated regulations take effect.

2019: 10-K (this is a bigger filing than the 10-Qs and is likely taking a bit more time)

2020: Q1/Q2/Q3 10-Qs (3 total); 10-K (lots of good information in this one I bet)

2021: Q1/Q2 10-Qs

NPHC has shown its commitment to getting current. It's only a matter of time. This IS the best year for shareholders yet!
