The reorganization had to happen first for obvious reasons. What has my attention is forming a new entity the day the reorganization was made effective. Global 3pl Logistical Technologies inc, established 5/19/21.
They said iRecommerce Technologies, once acquired, would be a holding company as well. Now that Cannagistics and Global 3pl inc have been established as holding companies in Deleware, I am thinking this newly formed one is for Recommerce to do the same.
Evidently, Deleware requires establishing a new company first just as Cannagistics had to merge into Global Transition Corporation.
The other thing I noticed was that Jim Zimbler is listed as VP for all of the companies in the filing. Though Rob Gietl took the CEO position of Cannagistics last summer, Jim was still CEO of Global.
I am expecting we hear something very soon.
