That would be a material event that requires reporting under Reg FD. And it hasn’t been.

Although last week we established (once again) that Leo spits in the face of Reg FD, there presumably have to be some limits to his criminality.

Although to be fair there seem to be no limits to his greed, incompetence or dishonesty, so perhaps you’re right.
