Does Holmes still have ANY shares of LLBO? No doubt he has a lot of Cyrcadia Inc and Cyrcadia-Asia shares but why would he still be holding LLBO shares?
There's no proof that Holmes still has any shares of LLBO. As of June 30, 2019 he owned 181 million shares of common LLBO stock. That would be one interesting thing about Holmes filing current financials -- he would have to disclose how much he still owns. Holmes is no fool. He knew LLBO was basically worthless when he transferred away the patents. I would not be surprised to see that he dumped a lot of that 181 million since June 2019.
Holmes isn't worried about a hostile takeover of LLBO. If anyone wants it, they are welcome to it, I'm sure. They could hold a shareholder meeting and vote out Holmes and Louis Keith and the rest of the frauds and take it over!
And then face the harsh reality of what LLBO is truly worth.
