Guarantee has a different meaning in South Africa. Over there it means they will post it when they are good and ready. It means if we keep questioning them on it, they will come up with an even more outrageous excuse than the last outrageous excuse. With all that being said, they will finally post it in the morning. Even though I have my doubts, I’m hoping for the best.
