The company current has two investments:
(a) The Fight Network Global – the company owns a 14.8% interest in the
company as of December 31, 2009. There has been no changes in the ownership
percentage since December 31, 2007 to present.
(b) The company has made a significant investment in developing a trading
platform in Asia, details will be disclosed as we get closer to commercial
deployment. We expect to spend further resources on this project over the final
six months of the fiscal year and into next year.”
