I can't agree with that. The pps is a result of CFGN selling shares mostly around .0056 or .0057 The past month. When people wanted to sell shares, the pps was under CFGN and often around .005. The pps doesn't reflect anything in the 10Q which is not out yet. If the 10Q has a good balance sheet, the buying pressure will increase and eventually exhaust CFGN of its shares which will result in a rather sharp increase until the pps reaches a penny.
