There you go again spreading fear and doubt. You cannot quote someone without serious consequences if your lying. SO cut the crap. As for Walgreens go back and read the article and see what AXIS said about their product being installed at walgreens. I don't see anything untrue about what AXIS said.

Axis Technologies Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AXTG - News) today that Energy Solutions Group (ESG) notified the company that it will be installing the Axis Dimming/Daylight Harvesting (DDH) Ballast system in certain Walgreens Drugstore (NYSE:WAG - News) locations. ESG supplies lighting equipment and services nationally for all 5515 Walgreens store locations and has selected the Axis DDH ballast system for testing in these initial locations to accumulate data with regard to lighting energy cost reductions.
