of course we know the RS will not happen till possibly July or August maybe September. Apparently you guys have yet to realize this is exactly how all the other RS in the past were executed. What you all need to do is. Go back and read all those filings 3 to 4 months before any of those previous RS were executed and you show me the difference between those and this upcoming RS. Shameless is running the exact same play on you people year after year yet some of you still don't seem to get it.
