I keep asking. Some repeat the idea of a quiet period, even though established fact says otherwise. Others claim that KBLB is waiting for the proper moment. Can't be refuted the same way that the quiet period argument can, but if it is true, Thompson is a terrible entrepreneur who can't manage a campaign to promote his own company.
I guess we have to pick our poison: A CEO who has so little idea how to run a company he doesn't realize that he needs to market his product, thinks it is a good idea to announce a reverse split (tanking the share price) but never does it, is anything but transparent, and has a grandiose plan to uplist that he can't pull off for 2 years OR the company is failing because it can't produce silk in Vietnam per the plan.
Even worse: it could be both.
