That has not been approved by Finra or the SEC and I highly doubt it ever will while this case is ongoing. And furthermore, now that the indictment has implicated that the loans were “Falsified”, I cannot see how legally Jonathan D. Leinwand or the New CEO Lee can allow the company to continue to issue shares or convert any shares for repayment on such false loans!! Lawyers for a Class Action Lawsuit are preparing to slap everyone with a lawsuit since it seems so much has been done illegally by so many! JMHO!!!!
Based on the last financials POTN is under water (no net asset value) and losing money (not profitable). Unless they can either increase sales prices or lower costs substantially they are headed for bankruptcy. Its a scheme to bilk investors.
