Bingo! Agreed. An ENFORCED DTC-2021-005 is a step in the right direction for the future.

We need rule 005 to pass and be enforced

005 is passed, it was removed from DTC website for "reformatting"....it can literally appear at any day in the very near future which IMO would mark impending recall of ALL FTD and counterfeit shares.

The DTC has the information about counterfeit numbers IMO the SEC does not...this IMO is why enforcement hasn't happened yet. No doubt DTC is trying to cut a no prosecution deal with SEC before fully cooperating with enforcement of 005. I'm OK with DTC getting off as long as Citadel is prosecuted to the fullest extent possible.
