Well, hundreds of thousands of new issued shares perhaps, not really cash most the time.
Almost always done with shares that both parties created out of thin air to each other, so essentially still buying a shell for nothing because it is nothing. The money comes later when the scammers sell the stock on the market into the fake awareness campaigns.
Wonder how the awareness campaigners are going to make out late this year?
