I found his positions to influence his TA, rather than his TA to influence his positions. That deceptive bias, in addition to the arrogance, made his predictions of no value.
I never played Gateway, neither long or short, though I probably played most stocks in my history. More importantly to the issue that was addressed, I rarely (almost never) mention any stock or any market direction. When I do, I've been almost always, maybe even always, correct. I'm surprised you'd associate me with any bad call, since I don't make very many calls, so if that happens again, do let me know.
Why would anyone want a Mac? For aesthetic satisfaction, joy and ease of use, lack of tedium, lack of viruses and worms, logical and intuitive interface, creative satisfaction, general pleasure, fewer problems, happiness, delight, pride. Things like that.
